American Breweries II (Van Wieran, Dale, 1995) has the business name listed as “Jacob Wernz White Beer Brewery & Saloon” there are not other breweries listed as operating at this location. Although it cannot be confirmed it is likely that Wernz only produced Weiss Beer at his brewery.
