Description: Henry Immen brewed Weiss beer in the Green Point section of Brooklyn. Starting out in 1874 he operated the business under his name until 1888 when his Son’s joined him thereby renaming the business “Henry Immen & Sons”. The family continued to operate the Brewery until 1912. It appeared that Immen strictly produced Weiss style beer.
